Return / Exchange Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction and that remains the foremost goal. We have made all possible efforts to make your shopping experience as delightful and the return process hassle-free.

We offer a quick and easy, 5-day Return Policy to all our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange an item within 5 days from the date of delivery.

All items to be returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions:

  1. All returned or exchanged products must be – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & box in the same packing. All shoes should be completely unused, there should not be any wrinkles, scratches or use marks on the sole or upper of the shoe. 
  2. Take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking or wrinkles and other sole stains. If you are trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk very little ( 2 to 3 steps) on a carpet to avoid sole and upper damages.
  3. To initiate a return kindly visit our exchange and return center on our website.
  4. If you want our suggestion on which size you should exchange the original product with, send us the images of the shoes from all angles (especially the gap after wearing the shoe) after trying it via Whatsapp +917358015107 with your order number. Once we receive the images we will get in touch with you with in 24hrs.
  5. Products mentioned under final sale cannot be returned. Using discount codes does not make an item a final sale. We will mention Final Sale on the product page for your understanding. 
  6. All second time exchanges will be charged Rs.300 for shipping, no returns will be accepted after the first exchange.
  7. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. The refund amount will be credited within 7 working days from the time you submit your bank details. If you want us to arrange reverse pick up, then a courier fee of Rs.300(footwear) Rs.150(belt) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  8. DABLR. reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit note or exchanging the product.
  9. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
